As 2010 commences, Ghostlight is delighted to unveil an all-new website and its new release plans for the first half of the year.
Leading the assault on the European video game charts will be the licensed title, Dancing on Ice, which is set to be released on both Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS on the 19th March. The videogame is licensed from leading TV broadcaster ITV, whose primetime television show, Dancing on Ice, regularly attracts audiences in excess of 9 million people in the UK.
Next up is the intriguing Digitars: Magnificent Flying Funfair from up-and-coming UK developer Laughing Jackal. This new intellectual property puts the player at the heart of a power struggle between an evil, megalomaniacal mayor and his disgruntled citizens. A combination of a story-driven adventure game and a mini-game collection, Digitars: Magnificent Flying Funfair is already drawing rave reviews from the gaming media. Digitars: Magnificent Flying Funfair is available exclusively on Nintendo DS and is released in March.
This summer Ghostlight is launching a two pronged attack on the sports market with International Athletics and Mary King's Riding School 2, both for the Nintendo Wii.
Having scored great success with International Athletics on the Sony PlayStation Portable (PSP), Nintendo DS and iPhone formats, it was a natural move for Ghostlight to extend the franchise onto other platforms. The Nintendo Wii, with its intuitive control system and emphasis on physical gaming, is the ideal platform for this high quality athletics simulation.
Mary King's Riding School 2 takes the sport of Three Day Eventing to new heights. With an outstanding blend of tuition to improve your riding and international competitions to enter, Mary King's Riding School 2 is an absolute must for all riding fans.
