Agarest 2 has arrived

Look what just showed up in the office.
We’re currently working as hard as we can to get everyone’s copy of Agarest: Generations of War 2 to them as quickly as possible and we’re confident that every order will be shipped out by the end of tomorrow. If things go well we might even be able to get some of them out today :).
Once again apologies for all the delays on this one and thank you for your patience.
In other news a whole bunch of Ghostlight Titles are going to have their prices slashed as part of the PSN Summer Sale. We’re going to be giving you more details in our regular Thursday slot but if you’d prefer not to wait then you can check out the PlayStation Store after today’s update and check out all our bargains :).

Having it in stock is great 'n all... BUT DID YOU "HAVE" TO TAKE A PICTURE!!! now I want it so frickin bad I'll have to restrain myself from kissing the postman when it arrives :P
@[GL] Ross: Crazy suggestion time. Could you look into the possibility of publishing the Vita version of Fate/Stay Night? You could keep the localization costs low by doing what Xseed did with Ys: licensing the fan translation and editing it.

Non Agarest related question here: any idea when you guys are getting more of the DDS Double Pack in stock? Wanting to get them in a couple of weeks.

Despite the delays, I don't regret this purchase. I want to give a big thank you to everyone at Ghostlight for their great work bringing niche JRPG's to Europe. Things like this won't make me change my opinion. Thanks for the constant updates Ross.
is the official Europe-Release the 31 August?
Have you yet decided on the cover art of devil survivor overclocked? I hope it will be same as the 3ds us one.

@Score I suspect that is the date that shops will stick with. Given the issues we've had with the manufacturer it's been hard for us to give them the necessary re-assurances that it would be ready earlier. @Muramasa I believe that has been decided but I haven't actually seen it yet. @Ailtin As usual we'll confirm them all after they go out. Otherwise it would take longer to get them all out. @Kosakai They're sent first class so I'm afraid not. @Azert The voice acting is in Japanese, the text is in English.
YAY :) mine arrived this morning and I wasn't expecting that its a shame that it arrived the day before Dark souls for the PC, Iv already filmed the unboxing of the game and hopefully have it up tonight
Is there going to be a regular edition/more collector's editions at some point? Came to the series recently so didn't even know about this or decided I wanted it till all the CEs were sold out.
sooo... when will the availability be changed to "In Stock"? I want to order it since theHut cancelled my order!
@Neurotic & @random.idiot I'd imagine we will do another print run although it might just be the Standard Edition. Until then it is available on places like Shopto, Amazon & Play.com
Got mine today! Scared the postie by running outside to stop him from leaving with the package, but oh well~ It's very very nice, the bag is a lovely size, going to be rocking it at work methinks. Thanks for another awesome release!

I hope I get mine dispatched soon, since I still didn't receive any mail >_<. I would be very sad whether there's no enough stock since I preordered it more than one month ago T_T. Anyways, thanks for releasing such nice games in Europe! Here in Spain is hard to get them at shops because sometimes retailers don't sell these games because they don't sell that well (they mean as well as commercial games like Gears of War, Devil May Cry, Fifa, etc...). Sadly, I usually have to import to get them, but since I have no problem with english at all, it's ok for me, but I understand some people from here don't understand enough english, at least to get well into the plot of the game conveniently. I hope someday these kind of games are released in multi.
@nobitakun We've now dispatched all of them :). We haven't confirmed them yet because it would slow down the process of shipping them out.
Ross, is it normal that I haven't yet received a confirmation mail from ghostlight about the game being shipped out?
Just wandering but have u guys shipped out the oversees orders because id have liked it if i got an email saying so but doesnt matter if theyve already gone through. btw thx for the hard work and release of such great jrpg games :)

@Split Infinity @astaa @ricbeau We shipped out the last of the orders on Thursday. Confirmations will be received shortly but as you can imagine having to mark each order as dispatched individually is taking quite a while. @Kujo From what I've seen shipping times to Germany are from 3-10 days.

The battle system looks a bit the one used in Cross Edge, which I liked. Is that a good comparison?
@Tseraga It's a comparison quite a few people who have played both have made. I've never actually played Cross Edge though so I can't say for certain/
Ughhh... the game got censored... I hoped it didn't happen but it did and it's somewhat aggravating. It's like watching an anime,notice that two scenes don't connet and you know they cut something in between... It's nothing major and yet it does leave you with a bad aftertaste. I bought quite a few games from you Ghost but there was really the need to do that? (i guess i'm really against useless censorship but that's just my personal opiniion..) I know though it's an old debate this... Sorry but i felt the need to complain a bit but i still like the game and the company for all the great games you guys brought to us.
@Yuiros We didn't like having to censor the game but in the end if we hadn't agreed to make the cuts we did then we would not have been allowed to release the game.
@Ross Yeah,i know unfortunately you have to do that due to the rating and all. Sadly it's something that get imposed way too often especially with games that almost have no reason to do so... (old story although i'm puzzled that the US version didn't get cut,sometimes they're stricter than EU) Anyway,sorry for the whining and once again keep up with your great works guys :)
